Bellingham Makeup Artist: Festival Makeup Waterline Tutorial
Let's admit it, this winter has been a little long. It's no wonder Erika and I have been dying to at least pretend the sun will come out eventually! Festival season is just around the corner, and even though our little corner of the PNW seems grey we can use our makeup tools to create a little touch of summer with this waterline look!
You will need...
1. A bright liner and coordinating shadow
2. A Q-tip
3. A neutral shadow ( I worked from my Viseart Palettes, which are my absolute FAVE. I dare you to find a better shadow.)
4. Brushes! (More specifically, a precision brush and a blending brush)
After blending your neutral color all over your lid and under your lower lash line, gently run a Q-tip across your lower waterline to absorb any extra moisture or oils.
Very gently apply the liner to your waterline using the flat of the pencil, not the point!
Next, apply the liner on your lower lashline and blend the edges with a coordinating shadow.
AND DONE. Easy as pie.
Shout out to this sweet soul for lending me her beautifully freckled, flawless face for this look! Thanks Kyla!!
