Today's tutorial is actually, one of my most favorite looks to wear when I work at my waitressing job. It looks like it took work to do, yet it is pretty simple! And it also does the job of keeping my hair out of my face, when I am running around and when my hair is actually getting messier, it looks like its all part of the look!!

Start by creating a Dutch braid in the front section. I left out a few pieces in the front to help create that messy look!

You can pancake the braid to create a fuller look!

Collect the rest of the hair and use an elastic band to tie it off.....also...

On the last loop, only pull it through halfway.

Now, here is the secret to my messy buns. I take the loose end of the hair and tuck it back around the elastic band.

Take the rest of the braid and secure it with bobby pins over the messy bun.

This is totally optional, but when I wear this hairstyle for work, I like to secure it a little more with bobby pins, since I don't want the hair falling out of the elastic band.
